Facing Northeast from Frankfurt Street, the cement mixing truck has arrived and curbs are beginning to appear. Facing North, more curbs appear as the overall design of the parking lot begins to take shape. Facing North, a crew of workmen use a truck crane to unload sections of curbing and construct one of the islands in the parking lot. Facing Northwest from the corner of State and Jay Streets, workmen unload more sections of curbing using the crane. Another truck is waiting! Facing Northwest, the crew continues to construct the island in the South parking lot. Facing Northwest from the corner of State and Jay Streets, the work on the South parking lot continues.
