| On September 28th, less than one week after our action, we received a call from Congressman Kuhl's office indicating that they had reviewed all of our MiCASSA materials and that the Congressman would be signing on as a cosponsor! And indeed, the website for the Library of Congress indicates that Congressman Kuhl became a cosponsor on that same day!
